- Applications are sought through online advertisements, attendance at careers fairs, and direct contacts through universities
- A short list of applicants is prepared and applicants are contacted for an initial interview and information session
- A second interview is conducted incorporating a 10 minute presentation from candidates
- Personality profiling, medical testing and reference checking are undertaken
- Offers made to successful applicants
- Unsuccessful applicants are advised
